Student Services operates only on line

Due to corona virus shut down on our campuses Student Services operates only on line.

During our service hours Mon-Tue and Thu-Fri from 10-14 we reply to your inquiries by phone (013 260 6412), by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and chat (you can find the link on Pakki). Outside our service hours you can send us email. Due to campus shut down we are only able to print and scan certificates twice a week. Therefore, the delivery may take longer than usually.

Due to adoption of on line services:

1. Degree certificates are delivered only by post. Because of the govermental order issued at 17th of March, students can no longer pick up certificates at the campus. Therefore, we do not claim postal charges after that date (17th of March).

2. All application forms (reinstatement of right to study, extension of study time, research permissions, exemption from language studies, application for special arrangements) are now on line.

  • You can find the electronic pdf-forms in Pakki portal.
  • Fill in the pdf-form on your computer and send it with all the necessary attachments by using a secure email NB! Do not scan or take a picture of the application – then we can not process the application on line. Write your name on the computer on the signature row and send it from your university email (edu). If your right to study is no longer valid, contact the Student Services and we will send you the form. In that case you can use your personal email.
  • Decisions are not signed with a handwritten signature but attached to the decision you will get an email that confirms the decision maker's signature. You will get the decision in your email.

3. Other certificates (e.g. VR and Matkahuolto) as well as transcripts of records are delivered to you by post on equest. EDIT 23.3.2020 VR/Matkahuolto accepts only paper certificates, so certificates cannot be emailed.

You can order certificates from this address:

Due to these changes, there is a slight delay in handling the applications and requests so you may have to wait for reply a bit longer than ususally. We will be in touch as soon as possible.

Good luck with your studies! Marjo Nenonen and Student Services staff members
