Teaching staff have the expertise to design and deliver accessible education. Diverse teaching methods are applied to support different learning styles, and learning environments and materials are both accessible and fit for purpose. Students receive guidance to strengthen their study skills, and individual needs are addressed through personalized study plans (HOPS). Assessment uses varied methods suitable for all types of learners, and accessibility is embedded in practical training and collaboration with employers.
