Joint appli­ca­tion to English-taught bachelor’s and master’s is open 3-17 January 2024. Karelia Univer­sity of Applied Sciences has four English-language programmes open for appli­ca­tion: Indus­trial Manage­ment, Inter­na­tional Busi­ness, Infor­ma­tion and Commu­ni­ca­tion Tech­nol­ogy, and the Sustain­abil­ity Manage­ment programme, which is included in the appli­ca­tion process for the first time.

In the Sustain­abil­ity Manage­ment programme students study the imple­men­ta­tion and devel­op­ment of sustain­abil­ity tran­si­tion in busi­ness oper­a­tions. Grad­u­ates become experts in sustain­able devel­op­ment in their orga­ni­za­tions. During their studies, students have the oppor­tu­nity to develop new, more sustain­able solu­tions, prod­ucts, and processes for their own orga­ni­za­tion. The programme is devel­oped and imple­mented in transna­tional collab­o­ra­tion with the INVEST Euro­pean Univer­sity Alliance.

The Sustain­abil­ity Manage­ment programme is intended for indi­vid­u­als who have a bachelor’s degree in engi­neer­ing, natural resources, or natural sciences and two years of work experience.
