Using your voice in the Library

We have received feedback from our customer that the library is too noisy place to study.

The library space is open and echoing, partly due to structural reasons (top-down open space / glass structures), so it is a fact that the sounds are audible and resonant in the space. The library is not intended to be a completely silent space anyway – you can do group work and also spend time at the library. Of course, we hope that our customers will be considerate of other library customers when using their voice.

If you need a more peaceful space to work, our library has a silent study room. There is also a room E245 to be booked in Outlook upstairs from lIbrary.

A list of other facilities available to students can be found in Pakki: Self-study spaces
